vanbeekumk good afternoon. I am very interested in this shirt. I am new to Poshmark so please forgive. is this a new shirt or a used shirt. if it is used, what is the condition. a few people have reduced the shipping rate to $4.95 instead of $8.95 since I was purchasing one small item that weighs less than a pound. vanbeekumk yes I am very interested in purchasing. would you be able to reduce the shipping since it's just one small item. money is so tight right now with all the medications I'm buying so every penny helps right now. I need a whole new wardrobe because I've lost a hundred pounds from this illness.
