Excellent used condition , smoke-free. Tommy Hilfiger ankle pants size 4. Lying flat the waist measures approximately 15 1/2 inches. The inseam is approximately 28 inches and the opening at the bottom of the leg is about 6 inches. The material does not stretch, but the back of the waistband has elastic so it fits larger. Pleated front with pockets. Very smooth silky like feel
