66terryanne Hello I should have messaged you last week, our HVAC went out 11/19, Landlord notified us last week that she will not be able to get a new system and we have to move by the end of December due to a city citation for uninhabitable property. I will not be able to buy as planned. I am sorry for the late notice, I remembered this morning. I will be back middle of next month and able to buy after we get moved and settled.
