Has removable adjustable crossbody strap and non removable handles. *cross body strap has a dent/is bent at the buckle, so if adjusted, will be stiff*. Approximately 13 in across, 9.5 in high, 3.5 in thick. Very roomy. Zipper pocket and smaller open pockets on inside. Soft, quilted material. Flat bottom.
