Tommy Hilfiger black/tan Matte tall rain boots

Women’s size 9 tall lined rain boots with gold side buckle. These are in good condition- a couple of small scratch marks on the side Part of the tan trim. Also inner lining ripped Slightly as shown in the pic but can’t see it or notice it at all. These have a very small heel approx 1/2” to 1”. Very cute and versatile boot!
