Tommy Hilfiger Black A-Line Skirt 0X / 14 NWT

New with tags. Thick well made skirt with a wide waistband. Note this skirt isn't solid. It doesn't show up well in the pictures, but there is a design in the skirt (last pic). I lightened one of the pictures to better show these decorative stripes. Pull on, no zippers. Approximate measurements: waist 17 (elasticwaistban), length 21 55% viscose 45% nylon
