This colorful, floral, halter dress from Tommy Bahama Stretch is perfect for summer vacations! Wear alone during the day, and add a little sweater in the evening for chilly nights or to keep warm in cold air conditioning. The dress features white and red hibiscus flowers with grayish-green leaves, all on a light blue background. There are thick fabric straps that tie behind the neck, and the top of the dress is held up with a band of elastic. There is a side zipper about 12.5" long for ease of dressing.
