Condition: New with tags but please see final 2 photos as there is a mark thru the interior label tag and there are some stains on the front elastic waistband (both circled). Approximate measurements when laid flat: 18.25” elastic waistband, 13.5” rise, 5.5” inseam and 18.75” length from top hem to bottom.
