This does slide over carry on luggage for travel and the laptop can be accessed 2 ways for easy TSA. This is in perfect condition. I used it for 1 trip over the summer, but did not carry it daily, just on my luggage in airports...with 10 flights this backpack made everything easier. It is in NEW condition...no stains, smudges, smells ..looks new inside and out. Color outside is ballistic and called Saguaro, inside is a cerylon orange. This is a great everyday pack too...easy to compartmentalize everything, perfect for work or school. I am 5'1" 120 and this was never overwhelming for my frame
