Toi et Moi Polka Dot Pleated Mini Skirt

Toi et Moi pleated circle skirt, size Medium. Cream colored background with a bold black polka dot pattern, fully lined, size zip and hook closure. 100% polyester with a shiny satin feel, 100% cotton lining. Pleated all around and very flowy. Good condition with no flaws. Waist measurement 16.5" laying flat, hips 23", length 22.5". Pet friendly home, but this skirt is not their style. :-)
