Todds dark blue-black high heel shoe with tri-color tassel. Size 39 EU

Beautiful Todd's stacked high heel shoe in dark blue-black leather with a tai-color tassel on toe in white, tan dark blue. Almost looks like black, but is a dark, dark blue. Hard to tell the difference. The shoe has a rubberized sole making it super comfortable. Worn a couple times. Size 39EU, 8.5 US. In great condition. Sorry no box or shoe bag. Loved these shoes - foot injury keeps me from wearing them again.
