Toddler tank and legging set by Nannette. Top has a small ruffle sleeve and ruffle accents at the bottom hem. Colorful whale design on front with bow accents on front and back. Leggings with heart accent on side. (Not sure if these are meant to be capris. Inseam is about 10 inches).
