jericakeplinger @amandamccull294 hi! I’m not entirely sure if it is 12-18 or 18-24. I tried to go back & look at the order but it just says a “suggested size” of 18-24 (it doesn’t say that’s the size I did order, but I’d assume it was?) I do know my son wore this when he was about 17 months & he was average size & it was not tight or snug by any means. Sorry, hopefully that helps some lol
