Blue and white stripe seersucker party dress with matching bloomer. Has beuatifully embroidered print floral print allover. Large bow on back and functioning zipper on the side for easy on and off. Fully lined with added layer of tulle to give a fuller skirt effect. Gently worn once and washed. No obvious signs of wear and tear or stains.
