Beautiful rainbow tulle dress with a sparkling sequin waist. Perfect for special occasions. Gorgeous party dress we had made. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so beautiful on! The sizing info is what the dress maker had listed on their site when I purchased it. We worn it when we worn a 2T. Worn one time! Perfect for any special occasion! Of note I noticed that the bottom of the yellow tulle isn’t perfect. Features a removal silver belt with a large bow that is pinned on and can be removed.
