Toddler Girl Size 10 Boots

NEW WITHOUT TAG, comes in the box. Toddler girls black and rainbow zipper boots. I think they run small because my daughter never got to wear them as they were too tight and I had no time to exchange them so hopefully someone can give them a home. I’d say they are more of a 9.5.
