Toddler Cardigan Sweater Puppy Dogs Size 9 Months Baby Blue Unbranded Buttons

Just found this toddler cardigan sweater as we prepare to move to warmer and less taxed climes. Not sure it was ever worn, as it looks very nice and I see no rips or tears. I am not sure how we came upon this, if it was a gift or not. My memory is foggy these days. It is UNBRANDED and almost looks like it could have been hand knit, but I found it on a hanger that says 9 mo. It has 6 buttons, and 2 doggies with "googly" eyes (one small one on front and a larger dog on the back). The sweater has some stretch. About 12 1/2" pit to pit. Back length about 14". Sleeve length (depending on where you start measuring) about 15 1/2". Bottom about 10 1/2" (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS). There are NO care instructions or material make up, but from my experience a sweater this beautiful should probably be hand washed or dry cleaned. All in all this sweater is ADORABLE!
