Toby the Whale Puffkin is black and white with brown eyes. Made by Swibco, this retired whale Puffkin is style #6634 with a birthday of October 11, 1997. Made for children 3 years and up. Toby has a 3rd generation swing tag and will come with a swing tag plastic protector. The poem for Toby is: "Toby likes to splash and play, he roams the seven seas all day.
