Would you say this runs true to size? Because I’m a size 4/6 so I’m just wondering if a small might be too tight

@tiffanyyychau I would say it runs on the larger size bc I had this dress in another color and it was fitted and shorter, this one was not. I’m a 0/2 and it was baggy on me (not fitted at all) so I would say being the next size up it should fit closer. Hopefully the measurements help give an idea too!
