Tobi Royal Blue Dress size small

This dress is a long flowy strapless dress with a high slit on the left side. It has a short dress underneath and a orange braided belt with fringe. The dress was only worn twice but still looks completely new! I can not remember if this dress if from the Tobi store from California because I did order it a few years ago but it does say Tobi on the tag.
