Tobi Black Sequins Mini Dress in Medium!

Great low-cut sequins mini dress for a fun night out! The low-cut front reveals a good amount of cleavage but in an elegant way. One of the front strings came out of the socket so its not broken, still holds well (as shown in pic). Measurements shown in pics as well. Very comfortable and lightweight. Mannequin is size 2 and 5'9".
