This is light, soft, and flouncy! It's a cotton blend tank top with a longer, tunic length to it - which is tiered giving it a contemporary prairie look, especially with the ditsy red rose pattern! No issues with the top, just a light fade to the fabric consistent with a few washes. This is an XS, but definitely looks more like a S or even a smaller M.
