Note that the tag is meant to be removed before wearing it with the black side showing, so it’s still visible in the photos. The blue and black sides are two separate layers attached at the neckline seam, so you just turn the dress inside out to swap colors and the other layer then acts as an inner lining (see last photo showing both layers).
