Toad & Co. blue Laurel short sleeve dress size XS

Cute and comfortable short sleeve dress from Toad & Co in size XS. Very flattering design with a seam at the waist and a slightly flared skirt. The skirt has pockets. Pretty gathered elastic detail on the arms. Pit to pit measurement is approximately 17 inches. Length measured from the back of the neck to the hem is approximately 32 inches. This dress is in excellent gently used condition with no holes or stains.
