mmnovak I have sold 200+ items, all 5 star ratings. Had a fellow PM member buy Frye boots, Aldo boots, & Gianmarco Lorenzi boots last week. All photographed& in excellent condition. Retail on these items over $1,900, she bought them for less than $200. Received them, left 5 ⭐️ratings. Requested a refund on the priceless pair, w buyers remorse. I declined, so she changed the rating today, is dishonestly saying I sold damaged goods. I'm sickened by people who lie/damage items after buyers remorse😂

Some people... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Thankfully i haven't had an incident like that happen to me. That is why I get nervous to sell to people with no reviews. But of course, feel free to share this! 💗💗💗

mmnovak Thank you sweetheart. I almost cancelled the order when I saw the buyer had no previous history buying or selling, and became a handful with S&H. I wanted to be fair and give ALL buyers the benefit of the doubt. Wishing I stuck to my instinct. Hopefully Poshmark chooses to protect the honest people contributing to PM , versus the dishonest ones ruining PM for others. 😂

kenzierz @jaskym Whatever you feel most comfortable doing. I've done both! I have a great post office lady so I feel comfortable doing it in front of her if she isn't busy.

poshsweetly Good idea to do this, but unfortunately it still won't necessarily protect you. I've had nearly 500 sales, all 5-star ratings, and am a suggested user. After 2 years of zero issues, Poshmark has allowed me to be scammed twice in the past 2 weeks. Buyer filed for a return claiming damage, so I confidently submitted my proof and they still got the return.

poshsweetly And what did I get? An item the buyer damaged that now I can't even re-sell. Despite my proof of checking, wrapping and sealing my the undamaged item.Still waiting on the 2nd return which was just approved today. It's a NWOT item (again, I submitted proof) and buyer claims it has a hole. I'm so upset.
