This is a very lightly used Title Nine Boom hooded dress in a very lovely pale baby blue color (see stock photo for best color since my lighting isn't great). I've only worn it a few times - it's just a little short for my liking - if it was a hair longer, I'd keep it and wear it every week! It's very lightweight and dries super quickly - because of that, it works nice for watersports / swim coverup / travel - but when I wore it, it was just as a regular dress. There are two hand pockets and one zippered pocket. There's also a 1/4 zip neckline and a hood. IT'S SO CUTE. Please note: there are some lighter marks on the upper left side of the front of the dress, which I only noticed when I held it up to measure pit to pit - I added a photograph to try and show this.
