Tipsy Elves costume skeleton. NWT

Brand new skeleton costume by Tipsy Elves! I bought it but it's too small. My loss, hopefully it can be someone's gain. New with tags, there are two spots that are missing some of the holographic paint, I bought it this way. I've included pics of each spot.
