prettylildoeHello! Usually a 3 dollar listing is used as a trade. Basically generates a label to provide tracking at the lowest cost. Hope this helps!

I do see some people who will mark things 3$ that they would just otherwise donate, with the understanding that those items have to be bundled with other full price items, like a buy one get one free deal.
