Tintoretto Puff-Sleeve/Cap-Sleeve Lined Silky Colorful Blouse - XS/S

Cute dressy blouse by Tintoretto. Lined in electric blue, outer shell a colorful mix of blue, pinks, white, black and bright green floral print. Has really cute puff/cap-style sleeves, v-neckline in the front and a keyhole/button at the neck in the back. Size tag has been cut out but it is definitely a XS/S size. Single button closure at back neck but looks like there were two loops so might have been a 2nd button there originally. Super cute, just a little small for me so listing.
