Chupa Chups 5th Edition "Milk Pail" Lollipop Collectible Tin- No Lollipops. There is some scratching of the paint. I was a teacher and it had many happy hands on it! 10 inches tall and 20 inches in circumference. This one is missing it's handle. Please see pictures for more details.
