Timeless and Chic Open Back Dress

Vintage Alber Nipon, Nipon Petites dress with lining. I can’t describe what a quality, classy, and chic dress this is. I’m 5’4 and the dress stops a little above my knees. The drape on the back is GORGEOUS! I put on some weight so this is getting tight. Sad to part with it. It’s a show stopper. Finding a dress like this now would easily cost $200+ from a brand like Karen Miller. Open to offers.
