Time and Tru Sheer Beach Cover Up / Duster

I bought this cover-up from Walmart a few years ago and never used it. It has been sitting in my closet. It is sheer. Slits on each side. The length is 58”. On the tip of the collar on the left side, there a small little discoloration but not really noticeable. Could be used as a duster also.
