Great bag, convertible from backpack to messenger (shoulder strap not included, but basically any will work) or carry by handles. Gently used, a few signs of wear on corners, but these last forever. One small hole in laptop compartment liner, easy to cover with patch or stitch. And some repair done to velcro on inner pocket. Has tons of storage and will be awesome for work, school or travel.
