Wore out and about a couple of times to test out the feel of the unique upper, so some visible dust marks on the outsole but the rest of the shoe is in pristine condition. The sole is the typical Timberland sole, but the upper was completely reworked using the special fabric and schematics developed by the collaborating designer. The upper looks to be one complete piece of fabric, with a fold in the front that acts as the tongue. The ankle padding looks to be slimmer than other Timberland models to match the thickness of the rest of the upper, and they’re using a custom pull-lock closure that wraps around the ankle and tightens at the top. Honestly, you gotta get these in hand to really feel the material that was used on the upper because I don’t think I’ve felt anything like it before. Shoes will come in the original box that they came in, which notably doesn’t display the correct designer or related information.
