@jmonn21 it says size 4 not 4c so I think 4c is when the bottom of the shoe is a hard bottom, which is for a baby 10-12 mons who is walking. I’m a new mom so I’m still figuring out sizes lol. These boots are soft bottom size 4 but I compared this shoe with others, 4c and 4 seem virtually the same size.
