These are just sitting in box. Has side zipper. . These are about a 3.5 inch heel. Please note reasonable offers only as I have to find a large enough box that I could ship these in. Also If you research on Timberland.com theres an oil on these that keeps the leather supple and as a result you can see slight oil stain on the top lid. No visible scratches
