This is practically New for being a 2006 edition.. You won't find one in better condition than this. Says size Medium, but I'm an XL and I can wear it. Not sure if it's women's or Mans, but can definitely be unisex. But I'm leaning more towards a woman's cut. Has 2 chest pockets, 2 lower pockets, and a hood that you can roll up and hide.
