Tim Harding Art to Wear Blue purple gold Cotton Twill cap sleeve vest

This beautiful handmade piece is one of my mothers collection from her time working at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Gently worn and in great condition. It’s not signed by the artist Tim Harding however has his telltale amazing craftsmanship and my mother collected his work. 22” arm pit to arm pit. 26” shoulder to hem. 11” arm shoulder to pit (22” circumference).
