@francisca003 Thank you for your interest. I don't have the pictures because I'm a foreign global buyer, the hats are in my forwarder's warehouse in OR now. I'll be charged a fee for asking them to take pictures which will add up the cost. The hats are brand new, for some reason this order was cancelled, so I'd like to try selling the hats on Poshmark first. If it doesn't work in a short term, I'd return the hats before the deadline.

@mlsaine Hi Michaelle, I understand how disappointed you are, and I'm really sorry for the trouble. However you really don't have to comment like this to make me feel bad. I'm trying to be friendly and reasonable. As no other buyer claimed this issue and I got a 5star rating, I believe this is an accident. It must be my forwarder trying to cover their rear using photos of another hat to convince me.
