Tignanello leather crossbody purse

Leather crossbody, older but still cute! The only damage is on the strap, I added lots of photos of the damage and you can see the rest of the bag is in very good condition! I was going to remove the strap & replace with something else but at this point I just need to clean out my stuff! No interior damage or stains that I can see, please see photos.
