Fun Facts:
- The laurel motif symbolizes victory and celebration — fitting for toasts!
- Tiffin Glass Company (1889–1958) was an independent glassmaker based in Tiffin, Ohio.
- In the early 1950s, Tiffin was acquired by the U.S. Glass Company.
- Then, in 1962, Tiffin was purchased by Franciscan Ceramics, which already produced Franciscan dinnerware in California.
- After that acquisition, Tiffin glassware started being marketed as Tiffin Franciscan — but the glass was still being made in Tiffin, Ohio, by the same skilled craftspeople, just under the umbrella of Franciscan.
