Tiffany & co mini RTT heart tag charm replacement

This is a Tiffany and Company mini heart tag. This take came from a broken necklace and is perfect for replacements or to hang on a bracelet and our necklace. This has been polished and cleaned. It will come in a generic blue pouch a hard to find item. The charm is very small. It only measures a half of an inch so please look at photo for size.
