Tiffany Elsa Peretti sterling open heart necklace

Vintage used excellent condition, small Tiffany Elsa Peretti sterling silver open heart necklace on delicate Tiffany sterling silver chain, 16” in length. Floating heart is approximately 1/2” wide x 1/2” high - 12mm high x 15mm wide. I was standing next to my mom when she purchased this for me at Tiffany's on 5th ave in NYC around 1979/80. Has not been worn for 40 years.
