Tiffany & Co glasses frames lenses included are prescriptions, and you would need to have replaced with your own. I would recommend not removing them yourself as it could damage the frames comes with case, cleaning cloth, and soft draw string bag originally purchased at lens crafters. the only damage is in the picture that shows the gold t&Co oval... part of the coating is coming off. this won't effect wearability
