- 100% authentic vintage Tiffany & co. 925 sterling silver Double cutout puffed heart engravable/blank pendant necklace in very good preloved condition! Comes with original drawstring pouch. Chain measures approx 16” long. - pendant in very good preloved condition. It does have some light scratching on both sides, nothing too major otherwise!
