Hello, I agree. The Turbo ring is her boldest and is my favorite Paloma Picasso design. I'm not sure if it's expandable. It would probably ruin the integrity and mess up the equidistance between the hex nuts. I suppose a jeweler could shave down the interior but then the signature would be lost. I would keep an eye out for one that's your size. Thanks for your interest and best of luck.
