Tiffany & Co. Open double Heart Necklace in sterling silver and 18 karat gold

This pre-owned Tiffany & Co. Open Heart necklace features two heart-shaped pendants on a sterling silver chain . The larger heart is sterling silver and the small heart 18 karat gold. Both pendants show signs of wear, including tarnishing and surface scratches. The larger pendant is engraved with "TIFFANY & CO. © Elsa Peretti AG 925 SPAIN," and the smaller with "T&CO. © PERETTI AU 750 SPAIN." The clasp is marked "AG 925," "SPAIN," "TIFFANY & CO.," and "© PERETTI." I will provide a Tiffany pouch. The chain is 16 inches.
