jblasius @melissacentore Hi! I’m not a Tiffany expert, but I’ve seen a few different size open heart rings in the Elsa Peretti line. This particular design I’ve only seen in this small size. There’s a large Peretti heart ring, but it’s a different design. There’s also a more medium size open heart ring that’s still a bit different than the first two - more of a thick, solid shank. I have several of the large design available in my closet, too. Thanks!
