Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti Sterling Silver Open Heart Pendant Necklace 22mm

This is an authentic vintage Elsa Peretti Open Heart pendant necklace measuring 22mm across the sterling silver heart and on a 16” sterling silver chain. Heart pendant is stamped “Tiffany & Co” with an Elsa Peretti signature and “SPAIN” as well as 925. Necklace clasp is stamped “PERETTI” and 925. Beautiful classic Tiffany necklace in excellent pre-loved condition. No visible scratches or marks or kinks, but there may be micro scratches on the silver not visible to the bare eye. Was just cleaned and polished at a Tiffany store! Comes with brand new Tiffany pouch, box, and small bag. Goes great as a stacked necklace with the smaller Peretti heart I also am listing!
