Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti Diamond full heart ring .05 karat Vintage

This is a pre-owned vintage Tiffany & Co. open-style ring crafted from sterling silver, marked "925 SPAIN" and featuring the designer's signature. The ring showcases an organic, fluid shape with one end forming a larger, polished heart-like curve and the other end terminating in a smaller, round setting with a single .05 diamond. The silver exhibits some minor surface scratches consistent with wear. The ring can be sized up or down a bit if needed. I will include a box and pouch by Tiffany.
